The project admitted by the awards jury is the breakthrough corporate bond placement by one of the leading food retailers in Ukraine, NOVUS, where INTEGRITES has acted as legal advisor and \u2013 for the first time in Ukraine for non-banking institutions \u2013 as an independent bond administrator.<\/p>\n<p><em style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe firm advised on Ukraine\u2019s first private corporate bond placement since Russia\u2019s 2022 invasion.
