At the prestigious Ukraine Reconstruction Summit (URS 2025)<\/strong>, held on September 13\u201314<\/strong> at MGM National Harbor<\/strong>, the English edition of \u201cWar. Life. Business.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 authored by Anastasiya Shevchenko<\/strong>, CEO of Global HR Solutions<\/strong> \u2014 was presented to over 300 global business, investment, and policy leaders<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Ukraine Reconstruction Summit<\/strong>, described as \u201ca gathering of global leaders, investors, policymakers, and visionaries shaping the future of Ukraine\u201d<\/em>, featured senior participants from the United States, Poland, Ukraine, Israel, North Macedonia, Libya<\/strong>, and other markets. With over $30 billion in reconstruction deals currently in development<\/strong>, the Summit positioned Ukraine\u2019s rebuilding as a cross-sector, cross-border investment platform<\/strong> \u2014 shifting the global focus from emergency response to sustainable growth and technological innovation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A Message of Resilience and Opportunity<\/strong><\/h4>\n

As one of the event\u2019s keynote speakers, Anastasiya Shevchenko<\/strong> delivered a powerful address on business transformation and labor market trends in wartime Ukraine<\/strong>, underscoring the resilience and strategic adaptability of Ukrainian companies.<\/p>\n

\u201cUkrainian business is the most resilient and antifragile business in the world. At this level of resilience, we simply have no peers. There\u2019s no need to wait for peace agreements \u2014 now is the time to invest and work with Ukrainians. We can overcome any challenge and always find solutions,\u201d \u2014 said Anastasiya Shevchenko.<\/p>\n

She added: \u201cMany foreign companies are already successfully operating in Ukraine. Waiting for \u2018post-victory\u2019 entry means arriving too late.\u201d<\/p>\n

Introducing \u201cWar. Life. Business.\u201d \u2014 A Chronicle of Courage and Enterprise<\/strong><\/h4>\n

During her presentation, Shevchenko unveiled the English-language edition of her groundbreaking book \u201cWar. Life. Business.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 a 535-page chronicle of strength, courage, and resilience<\/strong>. The book features 20 real stories<\/strong> of Ukrainian and international companies that not only survived but continued to innovate, employ, and build the future amid the full-scale war.<\/p>\n

\u201cI shared 13 key lessons and 5 survival strategies from the book \u2014 insights I call \u2018MBA in Resilience\u2019<\/em>. The way the audience listened and photographed every slide showed how deeply the message resonated. I believe we Ukrainians have earned this MBA in Resilience with dignity. I hope I inspired some of the summit\u2019s participants \u2014 owners of multi-million and billion-dollar businesses \u2014 to start building in Ukraine today,\u201d \u2014 noted Shevchenko.<\/p>\n

The author emphasized that the English edition makes the stories of Ukrainian business accessible to readers worldwide<\/strong>, sharing the spirit of resilience, humanity, and ingenuity that defines the nation\u2019s entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

A Global Platform for Reconstruction and Partnership<\/strong><\/h4>\n

URS 2025, themed \u201cDefending Peace Together \u2014 Courage. Solidarity. Hope.\u201d<\/em>, is designed as a platform to unite governments, Fortune 500 companies, investors, and civil society<\/strong> around transparent and technology-driven reconstruction models.<\/p>\n

The summit\u2019s organizers highlight that \u201cbreakthrough technologies will help create radical transparency, eliminate fraud, and establish Ukraine as a model for 21st-century reconstruction.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Shevchenko noted that URS 2025 marks a turning point in Ukraine\u2019s recovery<\/strong>, with major businesses demonstrating genuine interest in investing and building in Ukraine. A dedicated $3.5 million fund<\/strong> was also launched at the summit to support reskilling and upskilling programs<\/strong>, preparing Ukrainian talent for the economy of the future.<\/p>\n
