The final games of the 5th corporate football tournament \u201cNebesna Krynytsya CUP 2017\u201d were held on October, 22. This year’s champion was the “Allur” team, which took part in the tournament for the first time. They were very motivated and purposeful players.<\/p>\n\t

\n\t\t\t\tWe wanted to succeed in the tournament and fight for the highest places. This was our motivation. I have never heard our team talk about weather. We discussed only future games\n\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n

\n\t\tThe goal - cooperation and healthy excitement\n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n

The main goal of the event is to promote healthy lifestyle. Such tournaments revive in Ukrainians their youth love for yard football, motivate to engage in sports and increase their desire to compete.<\/p>\n

Another important goal was to encourage the employees of one company to work together and teams with each other. Every Sunday morning, despite any weather conditions you have to come to the game because you can\u2019t quit, you can\u2019t transfer your responsibility to another.<\/p>\n\t

\n\t\t\t\tWhy do we do this? Because \"Nebesna Krynytsya\" is a brand that thinks about the future and cares about it. Our product and service are designed to make our customers\n\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n

\n\t\tComposition of teams and healthy competition\n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n

Many companies support sport as a corporate culture. They pay for gyms, coaches, equipment, pay contributions, sometimes even develop more than one sport.<\/p>\n

This year in tournament participated such companies as: Cygnet Agro, Deloitte, DepositPhotos, DEPS, Fishki.ua, Intercity, KPMG, L’OREAL, RLC Logistics, Sensum, Allure, Bancomzvjazok, Velyka Kyshenya, Armed Forces of Ukraine, KyivAvia, Kyivstar, Metinvest, Myronivsky Hliboproduct, Profi-Instrument, FUIB(\u041f\u0423\u041c\u0411), Sushiya, Ukravit, Ukrazaliznytsya.<\/p>\n

The composition of the teams is varied. They consists of executives, technical staff, managers of various units and directions, system administrators, waiters, cooks, salesmen, etc.<\/p>\n

Participation in sport competitions allows you to evaluate your own team’s potential, work on mistakes, identify strengths, and focus on the development.<\/p>\n\t

\n\t\t\t\tWe are taking part in this event for the first time and this is a test for us. In addition, we want to develop team spirit in this way.\n\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n

The company has two branches – in Kyiv and Cherkassy. This year only Kyiv branch took part, and from the 45 employees of the company played 11, which is almost 25% of the team. Not to mention that there were so many fans as well. Therefore, it is not surprising that the company received the prize and the title “Best Support Team”.<\/p>\n

This year there were a lot of new teams in the tournament. Companies were inspired by the example of their competitors and partners and decided to try their hand. In addition, nothing so nourishes the spirit of the competition as a healthy competition.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\tOur main competitors in business are Ukrainian and multinational companies that are playing here. Therefore, participation in this tournament is an incentive to compete not only in business but also in sports and to succeed.\n\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n

Participation in competition for some teams was the first step in organizing a corporate culture. Employees of the companies were very pleased to receive support from the executives.<\/p>\n\t

\n\t\t\t\tWe decided to take part in this kind of tournament to reach the new level. The company executives supported and helped us. As a result, we are playing here now. It may not be the way we would like to show us, but all ahead.\n\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n

The attitude to the participants was very high, and “complexity” the teams created each other only directly on the ground. The rival teams supported each other, some players during the years of the tournament even become friends.<\/p>\n\t

\n\t\t\t\tWe have played with the \"Profi-Instrument\" team for a long. We are friends and we play together in this tournament. We also train together, and we play in a sparring outside the tournament.\n\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t
\n\t\tSupport Teams\n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n

\u201cNebesna Krynytsya CUP\u201d has collected not only players from leading companies of the country, but also fans. Special attention should be paid to the support team of Cygnet Agro. Despite of any circumstances they come from Zhitomir to support their players. That\u2019s why they received the title of the best support team and a certificate for visiting any quest-room from the partner of the tournament quest-rooms network “Locked”<\/em><\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

In addition to standard rewards all semi-finalists got a chance to play with the legends of Ukrainian football.<\/p>\n\t

\n\t\t\t\tAll players had the motivation to get to the semi-final not only for Cup. All semi-finalists were waiting for a game with the legends of FC Dynamo Kiev - Yuri Moroz, Oleg Salenko, Yuri Dmitrulin, Ivan Yaremchuk, Vsevolod Romanenko, Viktor Khlus and others. What other circumstances would one have to realize their childhood dream?\n\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n

This year’s champions – a team of beginners from the “Allur” were delighted with this opportunity.<\/p>\n

In general, the organizers and participants of the tournament were satisfied with the event for all 100%. Every year competition gets more popularity and support from Ukrainian business.<\/p>\n
