Sanctions were imposed on the Client for his alleged membership in the governing body of a Russian bank.<\/li>\n<li>February 2025. The Supreme Court upheld VB Partners&#8217; defence position and found that the sanctions were imposed on the basis of unverified data. The state did not provide evidence to support the allegations.<\/li>\n<li>October 2025. The President of Ukraine issued a decree lifting the sanctions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result, the sanctions were finally lifted and the Client&#8217;s rights were fully restored.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This decision underscores the importance of the state&#8217;s compliance with standards of reasonableness and proper verification of the grounds for imposing sanctions.
