In many cases, only the development of an appropriate organizational culture, that takes into account the key psychological, social and economic factors, affecting the effectiveness of joint activities of people creating a competitive organization. Intelligent and effective use of human resources becomes a necessary component of the existence of any organization in a current environment.<\/p>\n Each of us is involved in numerous organizational relationships. We live in an environment of countless, diverse organizations. From our birth, we are entering the already established organizational world. We are born, as a rule, in a medical institution, we go to school, we enter into numerous youth clubs, religious, sports, political groups, and create families (which is undeniably an organization). As consumers, buyers, clients, we use a lot of big organizations: television, banking network, medical service, trade networks, etc. As residents of cities and citizens of the state we are subordinated to local, regional, national governments. Finally, we have a job and are involved with the organization on which our existence depends. In order to better address their own problems facing each person, it is necessary to understand daily the essence of organizations, the laws of their existence, to have an idea of \u200b\u200bdifferent social forms and their peculiarities. On the other hand, constant stay in one or another group encourages us to develop the ability to manage and influence organizational behavior.
