The OTP BANK \u201cNew Building\u201d program carries no monthly fees. Applications can be submitted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.otpbank.com.ua\/privateclients\/crediting\/novabudova\/#calculator\">online<\/a> or in person at a branch, and regardless of the channel chosen, customers receive a credit decision within two hours,\u201d<\/em> said <strong>Maksym Honcharuk, Project Manager, Retail Sales Department at OTP BANK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under the program, the customer\u2019s down payment must start from 20% of the property value, and the effective annual interest rate may reach up to 42.79%.
