In the Ukraine Chapter, Partner Viacheslav Yakymchuk<\/strong> and Counsel Olha Demianiuk<\/strong> provided an\u00a0overview of recent significant transactions, key trends and hot industries in the Ukrainian M&A market.<\/p>\n

The publication also provides an introduction to the legal framework for M&A in Ukraine, an\u00a0analysis of recent developments in corporate and takeover law, foreign involvement in M&A transactions, main sources and developments in M&A financing,\u00a0employment law, tax and competition legislation.<\/p>\n
