In particular, business representatives expressed serious concerns about disproportionate fines compared to the nature of violations during transportation. For example, penalties imposed for technical errors in data entry or interruptions of the GPS signal during and prior to transportation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"1038\">The EBA has already appealed to the Polish Government and the European Commission regarding the need to reduce the size of fines and adjust the system\u2019s rules, taking into account practical situations faced by Ukrainian carriers.
