As a result of the transaction, Kyivstar is now publicly listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol KYIV.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The deal was structured through a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) transaction, with Cohen Circle partnering with VEON Ltd., the majority shareholder of Kyivstar. The business combination was finalised in August 2025 following an approval from Cohen Circle\u2019s shareholders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INTEGRITES provided comprehensive legal support related to Ukrainian law, including corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, contractual matters, and transactional due diligence. The firm worked closely with Morgan, Lewis &amp; Bockius LLP as lead counsel throughout all stages of the process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project was led by Illya Tkachuk and Igor Krasovskiy, with support from a cross-practice team \u2013 Partner Victoriya Fomenko, Counsel Tetiana Storozhuk, Nataliya Kovalova, Dmytro Nyshpal, and Kristina Shyposha, and a group of associates including Artem Boiko, Yuriy Korchev, Marta Hrunska, and Yaroslava Liamchenko.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>About Cohen Circle<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cohen Circle Acquisition Corp.
