In September 2017, a major international manufacturer of packaging solutions has finalized the sale of its buildings in Podil, Kiev, to a major Ukrainian direct imports and distribution company. The sold facilities comprise of the warehouses and office premises of over 16 thousand sq. m in total located on over 3 ha of land between a busy street connecting Podil to other districts and the Dnieper River. The buyer is looking to redevelop the acquired facilities in the months ahead.<\/p>\n

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a legal counsel to the seller and provided overall legal advice on the transaction. In particular, VKP\u2019s lawyers have conducted vendor due diligence of the assets, advised on structuring the transaction to ensure safety of both the funds and the assets in transit, drafted and negotiated the whole set of transaction documents, including a set of definitive real property and moveable assets purchase agreements and specific arrangements for assignment of land rights.<\/p>\n
