Since its launch in 2022, the Office has evolved from an application examination body into a comprehensive support centre for businesses, creative industries, and developers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"913\" data-end=\"1273\">UANIPIO offers a wide range of services that enable companies to build their own IP strategies, from traditional IP examination to IP audits and valuation of rights. Through the National IP &amp; Innovations Hub, entrepreneurs receive practical guidance on registering trademarks, patents, or industrial designs, as well as advice on managing intangible assets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1427\">The Office goes beyond simply issuing protection documents, it helps businesses establish effective IP portfolio management. Practical tools include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1427\">market valuation of IP rights;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1427\">guidance on using rights as collateral or insurance objects;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1427\">consultations on licensing, franchising, and joint development agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1747\">In this way, intellectual property becomes not only a defensive barrier but also a full-fledged financial instrument for business growth.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"2159\">In the context of global competition, UANIPIO supports technology transfer processes, including access to European markets. This applies both to product branding and to the legal support of licensing agreements, enabling Ukrainian innovations to scale. UANIPIO cooperates with European and US patent offices to ensure recognition of Ukrainian applicants and facilitate their entry into international markets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2161\" data-end=\"2235\">Collaboration with UANIPIO opens up several opportunities for companies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2161\" data-end=\"2235\"><strong>Scaling innovations<\/strong> \u2014 through international registrations and engaging partners via the IP Hub<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2161\" data-end=\"2235\"><strong>Strengthening positions in foreign markets<\/strong> \u2014 through harmonisation of Ukrainian legislation with EU standards and direct interaction with European institutions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2161\" data-end=\"2235\"><strong>Comprehensive innovative solutions<\/strong> \u2014 integrating intellectual property into business models helps attract investment, establish profitable partnerships, and protect developments from unfair competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2721\" data-end=\"3158\">The European Business Association sincerely thanks Olena Orlyuk and the team at the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations for a substantive discussion, practical advice, and readiness to collaborate.
