The anti-dumping measures remain in force for five years from the date of their imposition.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The case was handled by <strong>Olena Omelchenko,<\/strong> Partner, Head of International Trade Practice at Ilyashev &amp; Partners Law Firm, <strong>Valeriia Gudiy<\/strong>, Partner, and <strong>Karine Altunian<\/strong>, Lawyer.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As previously reported, Ilyashev &amp; Partners Law Firm also <a href=\"https:\/\/attorneys.ua\/en\/our-news\/antidumping-investigation-import-of-wires\/\">initiated<\/a> the anti-dumping investigation into imports to Ukraine of wires originating from China. Ilyashev &amp; Partners\u2019 International Trade Team secured the imposition of duties on Chinese products until 2028.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On 21 April 2025, in order to protect a domestic producer, Ilyashev &amp; Partners Law Firm <a href=\"https:\/\/attorneys.ua\/en\/our-news\/ukraine-investigates-circumvention-of-anti-dumping-measures-on-steel-wire-imports-from-china\/\">initiated<\/a> an anti-dumping investigation into the circumvention of anti-dumping duties on wires from China through their imports from Malaysia. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through the efforts of Ilyashev &amp;
