On 29 July, the European Business Association held a working meeting with Arsen Makarchuk, Head of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, and his team.<\/p>\n

The EBA\u2019s team discussed with representatives of the State Statistics Service several key topics, including access to statistical data, business needs and expectations regarding interaction with the statistical system, its modernisation, the potential reinstatement of statistical reporting by businesses, and other aspects of cooperation.<\/p>\n

The EBA appreciates the Service\u2019s openness and its efforts to modernise the statistical system. As a result of the meeting, it was agreed to hold a broader discussion involving EBA member companies\u00a0to discuss practical issues of cooperation between business and the State Statistics Service.<\/p>\n
