It is very important that the voice of business and society is heard on this matter.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"873\">An independent and effective anti-corruption infrastructure is one of Ukraine\u2019s key commitments on its path towards European integration. Moreover, the fight against corruption has long been a significant and persistent demand from the business community to the government.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"1180\">According to the Foreign Investor Sentiment Survey conducted by Global Business for Ukraine and the European Business Association, corruption or lack of transparency is considered the second most significant barrier to investing in Ukraine (after security concerns), as indicated by 47% of respondents.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1542\">Therefore, the EBA expresses its hope that the development and strengthening of Ukraine\u2019s anti-corruption infrastructure will continue, alongside other systemic reforms on the country\u2019s path to the European Union.
