Dear colleagues,<\/p>\n

The Subsoil Use Committee of the European Business Association is launching the 3rd wave of the expert survey “Subsoil Use in Wartime and Development Prospects<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

The goal of the survey is to compare the impact of military actions on natural resource users, as well as the main challenges of martial law and the companies’ plans for investing in subsoil use comparing to the previous period; assess potential impact of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United States of America, and identify the main incentives for improving the investment climate in the sector and further development.<\/p>\n

We invite you to take a brief online survey to share your business experience during wartime and industry reform and assess the sector`s regulatory environment.<\/p>\n
