Furthermore, it does not take into account the existing provisions that allow for unscheduled inspections during martial law, nor does it reflect the key principles of a risk-based approach.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"1201\">In the context of full-scale war, economic instability, and significant logistical, energy, and staffing challenges, additional regulatory pressure could significantly hinder the operations of businesses, including those providing critical infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1542\">The EBA supports the need for proper oversight of environmental legislation compliance. However, it stresses the importance of maintaining a balance between environmental objectives and the operational realities businesses face during wartime.
