The event focused on women\u2019s professional self-fulfilment and leadership in the context of war.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"890\">Speakers <strong>Iryna Rubis, Head of Biasless and Diversity &amp; Inclusion Strategist<\/strong>, and <strong>Yevheniia Blyzniuk<\/strong><strong>, Sociologist and Founder &amp; Director of the research company Gradus Research<\/strong>, presented findings from the third wave of the Women and Well-Being in Ukraine study. The research tracks the impact of the full-scale war on women\u2019s life goals. According to the findings, women are experiencing heightened levels of stress. However, despite the challenges, their career ambitions are growing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"1070\">The discussion also explored barriers to women\u2019s leadership, the potential of women in traditionally \u201cmale-dominated\u201d professions, and the imposter syndrome often faced by women.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1537\"><strong>Olha Veselovska<\/strong>, <strong>Head of the NGO \u201cAssociation of Women Ambassadors of Ukraine\u201d<\/strong>, spoke to participants about women\u2019s leadership in integration and reintegration processes, including NGO-led programmes. <strong>Tetyana Kononykhina, Quality Director at JTI Ukraine<\/strong>, shared her personal career journey to becoming a director at an international manufacturing site. The event was moderated by<strong> Mariia Abdullina, Head of the OLX Jobs platform and Chair of the EBA\u2019s HR Committee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1807\">The meeting highlighted the critical role of women in the economy and labour market, particularly during times of crisis.
