That was the focus of the online meeting <strong>\u201cBuilding a Brand from Within: The Power of Internal Communications in Large Companies\u201d,<\/strong> held by the EBA Odesa Marketing Hub on July 10, which brought together professionals from PR, HR, marketing, and top management.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The event was opened by Kateryna Morozova,<\/strong> Head of the Southern Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association. In her welcome remarks, she emphasized how vital it is today to invest in people, trust, and internal dialogue:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201cDuring wartime, businesses face enormous external challenges. But it is internal unity, team support, and transparent communication that become the foundation that helps companies stay resilient, grow, and build trusted brands.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The featured speaker of the event was <strong>Alina Onika,<\/strong> Head of Communications and PR at the RDS Group \u2014 one of Ukraine\u2019s leading infrastructure companies. Alina shared her years of experience in building an effective internal communications ecosystem, along with practical case studies that clearly demonstrate: a brand begins with the people who build it every day.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Key topics covered during the event included:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Communication Ecosystems Within a Company<\/strong> \u2014 Creating channels that connect all levels of the organization and enable ongoing, open dialogue. Communication is more than just exchanging news; it\u2019s about fostering unity and shared purpose.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Balancing Centralization and Autonomy<\/strong> \u2014 How to maintain a consistent corporate voice while allowing local teams to be flexible and proactive.
