Its aim is to challenge common myths about economic activity near the frontline and provide a realistic picture of the current business environment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"983\">The White Paper focuses on <strong>nine key myths<\/strong> that often distort the perception of business operations in frontline areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Myth<\/strong>: There is no business activity in frontline regions.<br \/>\n<strong>Reality<\/strong>: Economic life persists; new companies are opening, and fresh demand is emerging.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Myth<\/strong>: The risks are too high and cannot be insured.<br \/>\n<strong>Reality<\/strong>: National and international war risk insurance and financial support tools are being developed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Myth<\/strong>: The government does not support investors.<br \/>\n<strong>Reality<\/strong>: Programmes for concessional loans, grant co-financing, and state guarantees are in place.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Myth<\/strong>: Local authorities are ineffective.<br \/>\n<strong>Reality<\/strong>: Many communities are proactive, simplifying procedures and supporting business initiatives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Myth<\/strong>: Veterans and IDPs are only aid recipients.<br \/>\n<strong>Reality<\/strong>: They are starting businesses, becoming entrepreneurs, and contributing to the new economy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Myth<\/strong>: Business in frontline regions is isolated.<br \/>\n<strong>Reality<\/strong>: Companies are integrated into national and international supply chains, digital platforms, and export support programmes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Myth<\/strong>: International aid is limited to humanitarian assistance.<br \/>\n<strong>Reality<\/strong>: New programmes are increasingly focused on economic recovery and private sector development.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Myth<\/strong>: There is no space for innovation in combat zones.<br \/>\n<strong>Reality<\/strong>: These regions are piloting new models of governance, education, digitalisation, and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Myth<\/strong>: Businesses there only survive through charity.<br \/>\n<strong>Reality<\/strong>: Business-led cultural, social, and educational initiatives are building trust, resilience, and cohesion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2540\" data-end=\"2861\">Supporting business in frontline regions is not just about economics, it\u2019s about <strong>national resilience, preserving jobs, rebuilding trust in local communities, and shaping the infrastructure of the future<\/strong>. Businesses remain on the ground, creating value, delivering services, and paying taxes \u2014 even under constant threat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2863\" data-end=\"3171\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">That\u2019s why it\u2019s crucial to look beyond the risks and highlight real-life examples of success, emerging opportunities for investors, and the potential for meaningful partnerships.
