JTI Ukraine has been included in the ranking of the best employers in Ukraine according to Forbes Ukraine. The company ranked 31st out of 270 companies that took part in the study. This recognition is the result of consistent efforts to create a comfortable, safe and inclusive environment for employees.<\/p>\n

The ranking, conducted annually by Forbes Ukraine in partnership with Robota.ua, is based on a unique methodology. The study drew on responses from 47,743 employees, expert assessments from leading HR consultants, and data from open sources. In 2025, competition increased significantly: the average score among the top 50 rose, and the gap between the first and fiftieth positions narrowed to just 16 points.<\/p>\n

\u201cBeing among the top 50 is not only a strong endorsement from our employees, but also a testament to the company\u2019s resilience in challenging times,\u201d <\/em>says Svitlana Pylnieva, People & Culture Director at <\/em>JTI Ukraine<\/strong>. \u201cFor us, it confirms that we are on the right path: investing in talent development, supporting our team\u2019s wellbeing, creating equal opportunities, and adapting to new realities.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Companies were assessed against ten criteria, including employer branding, compensation, working conditions, benefits package, transparency, development opportunities, support during wartime, and equality.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt JTI Ukraine, we are consistently fostering a culture of trust, respect and engagement<\/em>,\u201d Svitlana continues. <\/em>\u201cAmong our key initiatives are unconscious bias training for managers, mental health support programmes, flexible working formats, and assistance for mobilised employees. At our company, we firmly believe that people are the driving force behind the business, and this recognition from Forbes only strengthens our motivation to keep moving forward.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
