On June 18, another meeting took place in Lviv between representatives of the business community and Lviv Customs officials. The focus of the discussion was the\u00a0authorization for placing goods under the customs processing procedure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The session focused on the practical aspects<\/strong>\u00a0of completing:
\n\u2014 the application for customs processing within the customs territory of Ukraine;
\n\u2014 the enterprise questionnaire included in the documentation package.<\/p>\n

Customs experts emphasized the importance of reviewing\u00a0Cabinet Resolution No. 1092<\/strong>, which outlines detailed requirements<\/strong>\u00a0for completing relevant forms and implements the provisions of the Customs Code of Ukraine regarding authorizations.<\/p>\n

The possibility for businesses to contact customs posts for individual consultations<\/strong>\u00a0on operating within the processing regime was also discussed. This approach helps ensure a more accurate understanding of the rules and reduces the likelihood of errors when submitting documentation.<\/p>\n

Lviv Customs also informed attendees of the entry into force of Law of Ukraine No. 4473-IX dated June 4, 2025<\/strong>, which:
\n\u2014 allows until\u00a0April 18, 2026<\/strong>\u00a0the placement of goods under authorization-based customs regimes,
\n\u2014\u00a0based solely on a customs declaration<\/strong>,
\n\u2014\u00a0regardless of the number of declarations or the value of the goods<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
