The law\u2019s primary objective is to unite business and state efforts in combatting the shadow economy and corruption.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The focus of tax control should now shift from identifying errors and penalising taxpayers to supporting, monitoring and correcting their daily activities. To this end, the role of \u201ccompliance manager\u201d is being introduced \u2014 a tax authority representative responsible for communicating and cooperating with taxpayers. The compliance manager will analyse the financial activities of the enterprises to identify potential tax risks and develop recommendations to prevent possible violations of tax legislation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bdo.ua\/en-gb\/home-1?utm_source=eba&amp;utm_medium=chamber\">BDO in Ukraine<\/a> has been a member of the White Business Club since November 2024, and we are proud to reaffirm our commitment to transparent and responsible business practices. Our participation in this initiative demonstrates our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of tax discipline, as well as our dedication to supporting the stable development of the country\u2019s economy. Club membership offers a range of valuable benefits that contribute to maintaining the stability and growth of the company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Benefits for the club members:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No scheduled or unscheduled documentary tax audits (except in certain cases)<\/li>\n<li>Reduced timeframes for in-office (up to 5 working days) and documentary (up to 10 working days) inspections<\/li>\n<li>Assignment of a personal compliance manager for operational support and collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Possibility of reserving up to 25% of employees liable for military service upon the recommendation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general, participating in the club helps to strengthen the company\u2019s reputation and increase trust from both clients and partners. It also opens up opportunities for establishing reliable and transparent business relationships with like-minded individuals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being part of this club means complying with legal requirements and actively working to increase trust between businesses and the state.
