On the festive Vyshyvanka Day, the EBA Dnipro Office warmly welcomed colleagues from the EBA Lviv \u2013 Western Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association to hold a practical seminar for companies involved in foreign economic activity, on the topic: “Law 3926-IX and changes in customs practice. The most important for business.” <\/p>\n
The speaker of the event was Ihor Sokolovskyi, Head of the Customs Committee of the Western Ukrainian EBA Office, Partner Advice Group. He explained the key provisions of the changes, including:<\/p>\n
– Direct and indirect customs representatives.
\n– Changes in approaches to the responsibility of businesses and customs brokers for violations of customs legislation.
\n– Authorizations for the application of customs regimes: new requirements.
\n– Innovations in customs inspections.<\/p>\n
The atmosphere of the meeting was skillfully maintained by the moderator \u2013 Ruslan Shmakov, co-founder of RIO-TRANS. His professional perspective from the logistics business on the changes and challenges facing FEA companies added particular value and practical focus to the discussion. Participants not only received comprehensive answers to their pressing questions but also jointly modeled specific action scenarios in the context of new legal norms.<\/p>\n
