It aims to consolidate top-tier knowledge, experience, and insights on public sector digital transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hub serves as a space for sharing ideas, research, practical case studies, and expert opinions from digital leaders around the world. It provides a comprehensive view of how technology is reshaping public services \u2014 from strategic vision to national and regional implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The creation of the Hub continues the long-term efforts of GGTC Berlin and GGTC Kyiv in advancing global GovTech cooperation. In January 2025, the Global GovTech Board was launched in Davos as a community of digital ministers working to solve the most pressing challenges of digital transformation. The GovTech Intelligence Hub represents a new phase in global GovTech collaboration \u2014 aimed at gathering and sharing practical expertise in governance innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe launch of the GovTech Intelligence Hub marks a new chapter in global digital cooperation \u2014 more than a platform; it is a shared commitment to making digital governance smarter, faster, and more human-centered. Our country is proud to be among the first contributors, not just because our solutions have been tested in challenging times (first COVID-19, then \u2014 the full-scale russian invasion) but because we believe in open collaboration and strong partnerships. GovTech has the power to transcend borders \u2014 to be shared, scaled, and adapted globally, especially in times of crisis, when resilient public infrastructure matters most,\u201d <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">said <strong>Valeriya Ionan, Deputy Minister for European Integration at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hub already features:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">columns by digital ministers and transformation leaders from across the globe;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">analytical materials, research and expert content on innovation, technology policy, and implementation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">successful case studies of digital governance \u2014 from local to national scale.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe\u2019re proud to partner together with GGTC Kyiv and GGTC Berlin in launching the GovTech Intelligence Hub \u2014 a unique platform to scale public sector innovation and a powerful catalyst for collaboration, learning, and impact across borders\u201d <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014 <strong>Kelly Ommundsen, Head of GovTech and Member of the Executive Committee, World Economic Forum<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe truly believe the digital transformation in governance must be driven by data, innovation and best global expertise. Anyone with hands-on experience in public sector innovation \u2014 from local to national level \u2014 is welcome to contribute.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Case studies or expert content can be submitted via <a href=\"mailto:contact@kyivgovtechcentre.org\">contact@kyivgovtechcentre.org\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Global Government Technology Centre (GGTC Kyiv) was established by the World Economic Forum in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine to promote the world\u2019s leading GovTech practices.
