On April 5, omnichannel retailer Foxtrot opened its anniversary store in the suburbs of the capital – in the Epicenter shopping mall in Chabany (Odessa Highway, 8). This is the first store format located in the shopping gallery of another retailer. The total area is 1,022 sq m, with a retail area of \u200b\u200b800 sq m.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
The new Foxtrot combines modern design, technological features and maximum comfort for customers, as the focus is on barrier-free and accessibility. This includes a 10-meter entrance area and a convenient retail space for visitors who use a wheelchair, cane or crutches, as well as services for customers with hearing impairments. In particular, for deaf customers, an online service in sign language has been connected and an induction loop has been installed, which improves the sound quality for those who use hearing aids.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
The corporate style of Foxtrot is complemented by Ukrainian ethnic elements that create a unique atmosphere and add national flavor. The \u201cheart\u201d of the store \u2013 the service hub has united the cash desk area, IT services, product inspection, online order issuance and credit zone, which makes the purchase even more comfortable. The store has organized brand zones for Apple and Samsung, Tefal, Philips, Delonghi, Braun, LG, etc., as well as branded merchandise for Foxy fans.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
