On 13 March, an offline meeting of the ESG Hub EBA\u2019s working group on veteran practices and policies took place, bringing together representatives from the charitable foundation Yak Ty Brate and AZOV.ONE. The key focus of the discussion was the reintegration of veterans and the search for effective solutions to help demobilised military personnel adapt to workplace environments.<\/p>\n

Hennadii Sukharnik\u043ev<\/strong>, a sergeant of the 12th Special Purpose Brigade Azov, a defender of Mariupol, and a partnership manager at AZOV.ONE, presented on the topic: “A Veteran in Charitable Business Partnerships: The AZOV.ONE Experience.” During his speech, he shared his personal transition from military service to office work, provided insights on overcoming communication barriers, and offered recommendations for creating a supportive workplace environment for veterans.<\/p>\n

  • Tetiana Romanova<\/strong>, Director of the Yak Ty Brate charitable foundation and founder of the women\u2019s support group Whub.<\/li>\n
  • Anton Semenov<\/strong>, psychotherapist, social psychologist, and author of Developmental Trauma, The Psychology of Professionalism, and guides for the Yak Ty Brate project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    They discussed case studies and effective approaches to integrating veterans into business environments. Participants shared best practices and actionable strategies to foster a more inclusive and resilient workplace.<\/p>\n
