This also applies to GSR projects that were valid at the time martial law was introduced. The extension occurs automatically, without additional decisions from the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine (Derzhheonadra), and remains in effect for the duration of martial law and an additional 3\/6 months after its conclusion.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"1157\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The EBA Subsoil Use Committee had previously emphasised the need for these amendments to Order No. 263, as they help eliminate the risk of ambiguous legal interpretations regarding GSR deadline extensions.
