INGO Insurance Company paid UAH 20 million under a comprehensive property insurance contract for legal entities with war risk coverage. The indemnity was received by IRPIN-BUDPROEKT-PLUS LLC, which belongs to Dragon Capital Group of Companies.<\/p>\n
The office complex with an underground parking lot with an area of \u200b\u200b10,629.9 sq. m., located in Kyiv at 98 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, was damaged on December 20, 2024 as a result of the air attack by the aggressor on the capital. As a result of the fall of missile fragments, the ceilings of upper floors, the exterior and interior decoration of premises, the facade of building and engineering communications were damaged. The event was qualified as insured.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis event once again confirms the importance of insurance coverage, including against war risks for business,\u201d<\/em> said Oleksandr Kolpakov,<\/strong> Head of the Property Loss Adjustment Department<\/strong> of INGO Insurance Company<\/strong>. \u201cWe have carried out all the necessary procedures to analyze the technical documentation and assess the losses. The company\u2019s specialists processed the case materials as quickly as possible, coordinated them with the relevant departments, and sent them for payment. It took us 7 calendar days to make actual payment to the client\u2019s bank account,\u201d<\/em> Oleksandr said.<\/p>\n The reinsurance of 50% of risks was provided by ORANTA. \u201cFor ORANTA, the property insurance against war risks is still a new direction, but at present this direction is a critically important tool for protecting business in Ukraine.
