During the session, representatives of the \u0415\u0412\u0410\u2019s member companies approved the committee\u2019s priorities for 2025, received updates on the current status of its initiatives, and discussed business community position papers and planned next steps, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"808\">\n<li data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"532\">The pressing need for foreign exchange liberalisation;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"644\">Business expectations regarding the adoption of Draft Law No. 12372 &#8220;On the War Risk Insurance System&#8221;;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"710\">Regulatory requirements for the non-banking financial sector;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"808\">Discussions with the Government on finding a balanced model for the country\u2019s pension system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"1279\">As a result of the discussions, participants agreed to propose that the National Bank of Ukraine consider developing a detailed roadmap for lifting foreign exchange restrictions, similar to the one implemented before 24 February 2022.
