Companies are forced to spend time and resources proving the necessity of retaining highly qualified specialists whose training requires substantial financial and time investments.<\/p>\n<p>The proposed law aims to rectify this situation by introducing liability for such actions by authorised officials.<\/p>\n<p>The EBA welcomes this legislative initiative.
