Bank employees participated both online and offline.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">A significant portion of the event focused on artificial intelligence, particularly its integration into IT processes and the operations of the Information Center. New experimental AI projects for the coming year were also announced. As usual, digital innovation was a key theme of Demo Day. Discussions covered process automation, the transition to paperless operations, and previews of critical IT implementations slated for full deployment in 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Another essential topic of the quarterly event was customer experience and satisfaction with services and products. Participants analyzed how gathering and acting on customer feedback impacts the organization.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">A standout feature of this Demo Day was the candid discussions about work-related mistakes and the lessons learned in 2024. The event also included a review of the Bank`s Ambassadors project, where teams represented and promoted various products, such as Ponova by OTP Bank, car loans, and the OTP Bank UA mobile app. Each team shared their experiences, successes, and achievements, while colleagues voted for their favorites.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The more votes a team received, the more funds they could allocate to Kupa, a new digital fundraising tool integrated into the OTP Bank UA app. Incidentally, Kupa officially launched on the same day, allowing employees to test its convenience and efficiency. All funds raised during the voting were donated to charity, and the winning team was Ponova by OTP Bank.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The event also featured a special guest, Oleh Shmuliayev, Deputy Chairman for Marketing and Director of the Consumer Love Creation Department at MHP. He shared insights into how his company enhances its products and the customer experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Demo Day is a quarterly corporate event at OTP BANK, where top managers and involved departments discuss the most relevant strategic projects, plans, innovative ideas, and developments across various directions.
