On 17 December, the Parliament adopted Draft Law No. 9083 in its second reading. The law aims to streamline the trade of used vehicles subject to state registration at service centres of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.<\/p>\n
The EBA has repeatedly highlighted to government authorities the need to simplify the registration process for used vehicles by official car dealers. This legislation addresses these issues by eliminating excessive bureaucratic procedures and enhancing market transparency, which will ultimately lead to increased tax revenues for the state budget.<\/p>\n
The EBA welcomes this decision, as it has consistently supported the draft law and contributed to its development.<\/p>\n
