Viktor Berestenko, President of Association of International Freight Forwarders of Ukraine (AIFFU); Halyna Vdovina, Head of the Public Council under the State Customs Service; and Dmytro Serhiienko, Regional Representative of the Association of International Road Carriers of Ukraine in the Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants had the opportunity to ask pressing questions and receive specific recommendations for resolving individual cases.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Key topics discussed included:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forms of direct and indirect representation, as well as the documentation required to confirm their authority.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Resolving issues related to \u201cabandoned transits.\u201d\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The feasibility of conducting customs control procedures at checkpoints for goods transported within the same customs zone.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Optimization of customs control processes and cargo clearance through the Odesa Sea Port (OMTP).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Passage of vehicles classified as humanitarian aid for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, along with the main challenges during customs inspections.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The meeting served as a vital platform for open dialogue between businesses and government authorities.
