National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of lobbying.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the Memorandum is to raise awareness and build competence within the business community regarding transparent policies and principles of ethical lobbying, as well as to improve lobbying legislation.<\/p>\n<p>The signatories identified the main areas of collaboration, including sharing expertise, drafting proposals to amend lobbying legislation, promoting educational activities, and implementing projects that will support the adoption of best practices.<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"blockquote-custom-big animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\n\t\t<div class=\"quote-header\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img src=\"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Anna_2020.png\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"name\">Anna Derevyanko<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"position\">Executive Director of the \u0415\u0412\u0410<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"blockquote-custom\">\n\t\t\t\tThe signing of the Memorandum is an important step towards creating transparent, ethical, and effective conditions for lobbying in Ukraine.
