Resolution No. 1229<\/a>, enabling the implementation of the ePhyto system and connecting the automated Phytosanitary Inspection System to The HUB electronic phytosanitary certification exchange system.<\/p>\nUkraine is on the right track toward global digitalisation of agri-food products and paperless trade. Many countries have already transitioned from paper-based to electronic phytosanitary certificates by joining the IPPC ePhyto Solution.<\/p>\n
The shift to paperless trade via digital tools such as ePhyto will help Ukrainian agribusinesses improve the efficiency of grain and oilseed trade logistics by reducing the time and costs exporters currently incur for paper phytosanitary certificates. The exchange of phytosanitary certificates electronically through the global hub will facilitate timely monitoring of goods movement and prevent delays during customs clearance in the importing country.<\/p>\n
