During the treatment, she was recommended for surgery, which she underwent. As it turned out later, the surgery was performed by doctors without necessary medical examinations, study and diagnosis. As a result of a gross violation of treatment standards by private medical institution personnel, doctors groundlessly removed one of the patient\u2019s organs during the operation. This led to a significant deterioration in her physical and mental state.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To protect her rights, the patient sought legal advice from Ilyashev &amp; Partners Law Firm in obtaining compensation for poor quality treatment and non-pecuniary damage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the protection of the client\u2019s interests, Ilyashev &amp; Partners\u2019 attorney built a strategy for pre-trial settlement of the dispute and initiated negotiations with the clinic management, which allowed us to resolve the conflict within the shortest time possible and in the best interests of the client. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ilyashev &amp; Partners collected irrefutable evidence that the situation significantly affected the patient\u2019s moral and psychological state.
