The event discussed the draft Law of Ukraine, \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Activities of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oleksandr Nahorny<\/strong>, counsel at Sayenko Kharenko and Head of the UBA Competition Law Committee, together with <strong>Valentyna Hvozd<\/strong>, partner at Sayenko Kharenko, took an active part in the discussion, presenting expert opinions on the proposed changes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The round table gathered key stakeholders, including representatives of the AMCU, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Business Ombudsman Council, leading business associations, and experts from international technical assistance projects.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This draft law is part of the second stage of competition law reform.
