Mykhailo has over seven years of legal consulting experience, specialising in competition law, regulatory, and commercial matters. He has a strong background in advising clients across multiple sectors, including a strong focus on the Life Sciences &amp; Healthcare industry, on a wide range of issues such as advertising and promotion, compliance, personal data protection, market access and public procurement. He also has extensive experience in supporting clients in proceedings before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and in appealing the competition authority\u2019s decisions in court.
