This draft law is crucial for establishing a transparent, efficient, and modern management system for Ukraine\u2019s customs authorities. According to the \u0415\u0412\u0410\u2019s experts, these changes align with international best practices and will contribute to the creation of a favorable business climate.<\/p>\n<p>The \u0415\u0412\u0410 expresses its gratitude to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax, and Customs Policy, and to Yaroslav Zhelezn\u0456ak, for their persistence in implementing this reform. However, important details remain to be seen, particularly how these changes will be implemented and whether the reform will go beyond paper and be properly and fully realized.
