The Oriv wind power plant is expected to have an annual production of 150 GWh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The CMS team in Kyiv was led by Vitaliy Radchenko, (Managing Partner and head of Energy &amp; Climate Change) and included Mariana Saienko and Ihor Pavliukov (Corporate\/M&amp;A), Maryna Ilchuk and Maksym Zhurakovskyi (Energy &amp; Climate Change); Ihor Olekhov and Ivan Pshyk (Banking &amp; Finance), Olga Belyakova, Mykola Heletiy and Oleksandr Sytnyk (Competition).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Vitaliy Radchenko, managing partner of CMS in Ukraine<\/strong>, said: <em>\u201cWe are delighted to have supported our long-standing client MND in the successful acquisition of a stake in the Oriv wind power plant, one of the very few wind power plants commissioned in Ukraine after the war broke out.
