In the context of the current challenges facing Ukraine, the adaptation of the legislative framework to European standards is not just desirable but necessary. One of these challenges is Ukraine’s outdated construction legislation. At present, it lags significantly behind modern European standards, highlighting the need for its update to ensure effective infrastructure development and attract investment. The solution to this situation may lie in Draft Law No. 6383, aimed at improving regulation in the construction sector. It represents a significant step towards digitalization and process simplification, aligning with European approaches to infrastructure management and development.<\/p>\n
The draft law proposes the introduction of modern digital tools in the construction sector, which will significantly reduce bureaucratic barriers, simplify the procedures for obtaining permits, and consequently accelerate the implementation of construction projects.<\/p>\n
Its adoption will facilitate the attraction of investors, who will benefit from clear and transparent conditions for executing their projects. Modern digital solutions will help reduce investment-related risks and establish a stable legal framework for infrastructure development. The implementation of electronic platforms will streamline the submission and processing of documents, enhancing efficiency and speeding up decision-making at all levels.<\/p>\n
This draft law not only harmonizes Ukrainian regulations with European standards but also takes an important step towards Ukraine’s digital transformation, creating more favorable conditions for the development of the construction sector and the economy as a whole.<\/p>\n
The European Business Association fully supports Draft Law No. 6383 and expresses its readiness to actively participate in its discussion and contribute to its successful implementation.<\/p>\n
