She put an emphasis on the importance of getting rid of russian software, including 1C and other programs, as well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201cWar is a cruel teacher that teaches us to change our approaches to using hostile software while introducing new, safe alternatives. This is our accounting front, our patriotic consciousness, and our defense against enemy cyberattacks. We need a digital transformation of Ukrainian companies, especially in the financial sector. Managers must change their thinking and approach to this problem. There are dozens of alternative software solutions on the Ukrainian market that are worth paying attention to\u201d, <\/em><em>&#8211;<\/em> noted Alla Savchenko.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-573511 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/BDO_5_28072024-1024x428.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"428\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/BDO_5_28072024-1024x428.png 1024w, https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/BDO_5_28072024-300x125.png 300w, https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/BDO_5_28072024-768x321.png 768w, https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/BDO_5_28072024-650x272.png 650w, https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/BDO_5_28072024-800x334.png 800w, https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/BDO_5_28072024.png 1364w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Leading experts who presented their experience and examples of switching to alternative software took part in the Forum\u2019s section \u201cExperience of replacing hostile software\u201d:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Research by the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ucu.edu.ua\/en\/\"><strong>Ukrainian Catholic University<\/strong><\/a>: Lots of companies are not ready to abandon russian software because of their habit of using the established systems, the fear of change, the transition costs, and the need to retrain their staff. The study aimed to identify the problems and share the successful cases of switching to alternative software. Iryna Ostash emphasized the need for changing the approach of managers to this problem, emphasizing the availability of numerous alternatives on the Ukrainian market.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anna Polyuga, CEO of <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mymalva.com.ua\/\"><strong>Moya Malva<\/strong><\/a>: Shared her experience of switching from Russian 1C to <a href=\"https:\/\/torgsoft.ua\/en\/glavnaya\/\">Torgsoft<\/a>, noting the pros and cons of the program, time and financial savings, mobile application and other opportunities. She emphasized the importance of cooperation with colleagues and the exchange of experience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vitaliy Kurdyumov from <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/clarity-team.com\/en\/\"><strong>Clarity Ukraine<\/strong><\/a>: Presented the experience of replacing hostile software with Microsoft 365 Business Central, emphasizing the advantages and opportunities of this solution for Ukrainian companies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Olga Petrusenko from <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/ukraine\/index.html\"><strong>SAP Ukraine<\/strong><\/a>: Presented SAP\u2019s ERP systems for business, which are localized and adapted for Ukraine, making them efficient and convenient for use in the domestic business environment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Roman Yavorsky, Commercial Director of <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/it-enterprise.com\/\"><strong>IT-Enterprise<\/strong><\/a>: Spoke about the importance of a smart approach to business process transformation, emphasizing that transformation should be an urgent necessity for companies seeking to remain competitive and efficient.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oleksandr Smirnov (<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/a5solution.com\/\"><strong>A5 Solution<\/strong><\/a><strong>)<\/strong> shared his experience of replacing russian software with Ukrainian alternatives, talking about the challenges and successful implementation of the new systems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Natalia Katerynets (<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.self-erp.com\/en\"><strong>Self-ERP<\/strong><\/a><strong>)<\/strong> presented cases of business automation based on the Odoo product, emphasizing the increase in efficiency and stability of customers after the transition.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Iryna Kachmarchyk (Cedepe Ukraine)<\/strong> spoke about the importance of modern software to ensure data security and reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The speakers spoke together with their clients who are already using alternative software.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Forum has become an important platform for exchanging knowledge and experience between the leading industry professionals, contributing to the development of the accounting and auditing profession in the face of modern challenges. During the three days of intensive discussions and debates, the participants were able to not only share their practical cases and successful strategies, but also to find new solutions to the current problems faced by the profession in the changing business environment. The Forum provided an opportunity for professionals not only to deepen their knowledge of current trends and technologies, but also to establish important contacts for further cooperation.
