According to the new amendments, the main changes are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The period for which obliged for military service employees of critically important enterprises can receive a reservation (deferment from mobilization) has been increased from 6 to 12 months.<\/li>\n<li>The possibility of verifying the military registration data of obliged for military service listed for reservation against their military registration documents and the records of the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCRSS) has been clarified.<\/li>\n<li>The authority that made the decision to recognize the enterprise as critically important may, in case of doubts about the information provided in the submitted documents for employee reservation, request documentary confirmation of such information.<\/li>\n<li>Only those employees who have updated their military registration data in accordance with the law can be submitted for reservation, which the head of the enterprise confirms in the justification submitted along with other documents for the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The speaker also paid significant attention to practical cases and answering questions from webinar participants regarding obtaining the critical status for a company and the procedure for reserving employees.<\/p>\n<p>We thank <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/ac-crowe-ukraine\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"4\">AC Crowe Ukraine<\/a> for partnering in organizing this event!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u2116650 dated June 6, 2024, a number of significant amendments were made to the Resolution of the CMU dated January 27, 2023, \u211676 &#8220;Certain issues of implementing the provisions of the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization&#8221; regarding the reservation of obliged for [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4489,"featured_media":569465,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false},"categories":[9],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.0 -
