But when you check other company vacancies, it becomes clear that for the specialist level, the requirements already look like an insurmountable obstacle, such as work experience in the specialty.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This means that at the beginning you have quite a few opportunities and companies where you can start your career, but over time you need to gain experience and build a vertical career. That\u2019s why companies provide intensive training and help you acquire skills that universities don\u2019t teach. This helps students to get a specialization and first experience after the internship, and helps companies to get a specialist that meets their requirements or to increase the number of specialists they find difficult to find.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>But things are a bit more interesting with consulting companies <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The difference lies in different professional services. As a reminder, audit and consulting companies are organizations that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bdo.ua\/en-gb\/services-1\/audit-en\">provide services<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bdo.ua\/en-gb\/services-1\/tax-and-legal-practice-en\">financial statement auditing<\/a>, tax consulting, risk management, strategic planning, organizational development, and other business areas.
