Although one of the co-defendants denied the arbitral tribunal&#8217;s jurisdiction, claiming that it had not signed an arbitration clause, Vasil Kisil &amp; Partners&#8217; lawyers proved the opposite. By presenting a thorough analysis and convincing evidence, including witness testimony, the team proved that the co-defendant agreed to be bound by the arbitration clause through its active participation in the pre-contractual negotiations as well as signing and performance of the main contract.
