The event was moderated by<strong> Nadiya Savchenko<\/strong>, Head of the EBA Odesa HR Hub and founder of HR Agency Key People.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the main topics of discussion was the cross-cultural challenges entrepreneurs and HR professionals encounter when forming and managing international teams in Europe. <strong>Iryna Mitrofanova<\/strong> noted that the diversity of cultural, ethnic, and linguistic characteristics complicates the processes of communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The leadership model in the context of international teams was also discussed. <strong>Nadiya Savchenko<\/strong> and <strong>Iryna Mitrofanova<\/strong> emphasized the importance of adapting the leadership approach to the cultural characteristics of each team, taking into account individual needs and regional specifics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overall, the committee meeting is an important platform for exchanging experiences and ideas aimed at further improving cooperation and leadership in an international context.
