On May 16, the EBA held a general meeting with Ms. Olena Kramarenko, Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, and her team to discuss the draft Technical Regulation on the Safety of Chemical Products.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, they discussed the proposals submitted to the text as part of the public discussion, as well as the features and stages of implementation of this Technical Regulation. Additionally, they discussed the need to hold a series of meetings to discuss the specifics of the implementation of the recently adopted Technical Regulation on Hazard Classification, Labeling and Packaging of Chemicals.<\/p>\n

We thank Ms. Olena Kramarenko and her team for their high level of competence in chemical safety issues, constructive dialogue with representatives of the business community and consideration of key proposals submitted during the public discussion.<\/p>\n
