The increased pressure from law enforcement agencies on businesses is reflected in the use of criminal procedural mechanisms to block key enterprises in various sectors of the Ukrainian economy without actual conducting pre-trial investigations.<\/p>\n

As a result, this has led to the cessation of business activities, employee layoffs, increased creditor indebtedness, inability to fulfil economic and legal obligations to business entities, and financial obligations to banks, reduction in the amount of funds subject to payment as taxes and fees to the state.<\/p>\n

In the case of our client, the arrest of corporate rights also created a threat of a technological disaster.<\/p>\n

The cancellation of the seizure of corporate rights is one of the important steps for the resumption of the work of the budget-generating enterprise of the region, which is necessary for the development of the Ukrainian economy.<\/p>\n
