The data obtained shows that 86% of surveyed clients who interact with the Bank online are completely satisfied with its performance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The purpose of the survey was to assess the level of service and identify the main criteria by which clients choose PRAVEX BANK.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result of the study, certain patterns in bank selection were identified: nearly half of the clients choose the bank based on recommendations from friends or colleagues, while others become clients due to the bank&#8217;s alignment with their own criteria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clients who choose PRAVEX BANK on their own note that the presence of a mobile application and the ability to open an account remotely have become key factors in their decision-making process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The survey results showed that the most important criteria when choosing a bank are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Convenient mobile application and the ability to be served without visiting a bank.<\/li>\n<li>Availability of a full range of banking and financial services that meet the client&#8217;s daily needs.<\/li>\n<li>Trust in the bank.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>&#8220;Customer opinion is our priority, as it helps us draw objective conclusions about the Bank&#8217;s decisions.
