Specifically, it treats as important to permanently improve the contractual regulation of relations between the company and members of its Supervisory Board and Management Board.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vasil Kisil &amp; Partners\u2019 lawyers have updated employment agreements with members of the Management Board and have drafted an agreement for members of the Supervisory Board of Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine. The new agreements reflect the recent legislative updates on joint stock companies and mass media and adopt the best global and national approaches to regulating employment relations and remuneration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project team included <a href=\"https:\/\/vkp.ua\/en\/team\/volodimir-igonin\">Volodymyr Igonin<\/a>, Partner, and associate <a href=\"https:\/\/vkp.ua\/en\/team\/olga-linnik\">Olha Lynnyk<\/a>, who advised on <a href=\"https:\/\/vkp.ua\/en\/services\/korporativne-pravo--zlittya-ta-poglinannya\">corporate governance<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/vkp.ua\/en\/team\/valeriya-bezpala\">Valeriya Bezpala<\/a>, Partner, and associate <a href=\"https:\/\/vkp.ua\/en\/team\/vitalii-meliankov\">Vitalii Meliankov<\/a>, who acted as experts on <a href=\"https:\/\/vkp.ua\/en\/services\/pratsya-ta-zaynyatist\">labour law<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201cIt is one of the preconditions for effective corporate governance that Suspilne Ukraine has up-to-date, transparent, effective employment contracts both with the company&#8217;s Management Board and members of the Supervisory Board.
